​ Land Rental Information

The Gowanda Volunteer Fire Company, Inc. owns and operates the firemen's park located at 15 Sandhill Rd (Rt 62) across from the Gowanda VFW Post 5007 in the Village of Gowanda. The property is available for party rentals during the warm weather season, April to middle of October depending on weather.

​Our members have been busy making many upgrades to our firemen's memorial park on Sandhill Road(Rt.62).

We have installed all new water lines throughout the building. Put in a new hot water tank. All new toilet paper dispensers, paper towel dispensers, hand soap dispensers, toilet seat cover dispensers and a new electric stove for the kitchen. A new floor was put in the walk-in cooler. All new electric was put in with LED lighting. LED lights were added for the horse shoe pits. We installed 6 RV(5-30amp and 1-50amp) plugs and water faucets for campers for those that would like to rent the park and bring their campers.

RATES:

• $225- All Day till 1AM

• $125- Up to 6 Hours
• $325- Weekend Rental with RV's(Friday after 3pm to Sunday NOON or other times can be worked out) Water and Electric only, NO SEPTIC OR DUMP STATION ON SITE. NO DUMPING OF BLACK TANK ALLOWED ON THE FIREMEN'S GROUNDS.
• A deposit of $100 (NON-REFUNDABLE if unable to secure another rental for those dates if you cancel) is due upon agreement of rental date and remaining balance due 10 days prior to rental date

You can print off the rental form agreement and either mail it in, scan and email the signed form back to us, once a date is agreed upon.  You can pay online for the park rental by clicking on the link below via our processer Pay Pal or mail in a check.
